Thankfully it seemed all the pressure in my head opened up last night, and things started flowing!  I know gross, but it is exciting that the Dr. won't have to "relieve the pressure" in my ear, I still shudder at the thought of that!

I look forward to catching up with everyone, and I am going to try to go to the support group tonight in Cookeville, so if anyone else is going, I look forward to seeing you there!

I also plan on getting on the bike later!!  So I will be off my butt again starting today!!!!!

Thank you for all your well wishes, and to anyone else out there sick, take care of yourself!!!

I'm so glad you're feeling better, Amy!  I don't even want to know what they'd have to do to relieve the pressure for you . . . though I'm sure it'd involve something pointy!  YIKES!

Be sure to keep that promise to yourself to ride on the bike . . . so long as it's a stationary bike.  I wore yoga pants under my skirt today because it is so cold and windy.  49 degrees my -hind!!!

I too am a tad disappointed in the Realize band board.  I guess I could take initiative and post there, but like you said, there's so much support and to learn on the TN board thanks to the incredible people on it.  Why bother?  Eeek, that sounds terrible!  But you know what I mean.  The whiny stuff is for crap and is very hard to stomach without me wanting to give people a reality check.  Ultimately you are accountable for what you put in your mouth and whether or not you exercise.

We can be Vandy Band-ys here on the TN board as I hope to get my Realize band sometime next month!  I wish Cookeville weren't so far out, or I'd come to the support group.  Have fun there tonight!
